

You may pick up your order at our woodshop (6520 5th Ave
South, Seattle) between the hours of 7am - 5pm Monday – Friday,
and on Saturday by special arrangement. Please call 206-768-2484 to schedule. Please remember to bring blankets or pads to protect
your furniture. Except for small items, space constraints prohibit
pick-up from our store.


For orders in excess of $1,000, we offer complimentary delivery
in the immediate Seattle area. When your order nears completion,
we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. If your
order does not exceed $1,000, please ask for a quote on delivery.


For deliveries in Western Washington beyond the immediate Seattle
area, we are pleased to offer delivery for a nominal charge.
The delivery location and the number of people required will
determine the cost of the delivery. Please ask your sales associate
for a quote.


8.9% sales tax is not due if furniture is shipped out of state
We also offer two blanket wrap options.
For destinations other than the west coast,
the Clark & Reid Companies provide
blanket wrap delivery. The cost of this premium delivery is 13%
of the standard (non-discounted) price of the furniture, which
includes full replacement insurance coverage. Minimums are $500 for
deliveries west of the Mississippi and $625 for deliveries east of the Mississippi.

Please note that long-haul delivery to your
home can actually take an additional month from the date when
your furniture is completed. Every effort will be made to deliver
in a timely fashion.

For shipments that require crating, we work with a company called
Craters and Freighters. They crate the furniture and arrange shipping
by a common carrier. Once you have determined the pieces you wish
to order, we will obtain a quote for the crating, shipping and
delivery to your home.

taking it into your house. This service does not include moving
or removing existing furniture. Inside delivery may not
be available in all areas. |
The crating process takes from 3 - 7 days,
and depending on the ultimate destination, shipping can take
from 5 - 15 days. When the shipment reaches your area, you will
be contacted directly by the shipping company to make specific
delivery arrangements. When the furniture is delivered, be
sure to carefully inspect all of the crates. If you suspect any damage,
note this on the bill of lading and, if possible, have the furniture
uncrated before the driver leaves.


Full payment of your balance must be made before the furniture
leaves our shop. We will use the existing credit card on file unless
you tell us otherwise. We will call you in advance to let you know
the order is shipping.


While damage is rare when shipping crated or blanket wrapped
furniture, it can happen. While we are happy to work with you
in resolving the claim and arranging repairs or replacement pieces,
it is the responsibility of the customer to initiate the freight
claim.
